With the Venom drug coursing through his veins, Batman's strength is greater than he could ever imagine, but he becomes increasingly violent against criminals. The man providing Batman the pills introduces him to retired General Slaycoft, and Batman later runs into the General's son. Batman addiction grows and a price is put on the pills, the death of Commissioner Gordon. Batman agrees to the terms.
